Terms of Service

By accessing and using Burner Boxx, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Burner Boxx for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.

Burner Boxx is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the service or the information, content, or materials included on it.

In no event shall Burner Boxx or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the service.

You agree not to use Burner Boxx for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Specifically, you agree not to:

• ▸Fraud, phishing, or credential stuffing
• ▸Account takeovers or unauthorized access
• ▸Spam or bulk email campaigns
• ▸Circumventing security measures of third-party services
• ▸Violating the Terms of Service of any external platform
• ▸Harassment, threats, or illegal activities
• ▸Creating multiple subscriptions to abuse service limits

We may terminate your access if you violate this agreement. Unlike services that ban accounts without explanation, we commit to transparency:

• ▸Clear notice: If your access is terminated, you'll receive an email explaining which rule was violated and the specific action taken.
• ▸Appeal process: You can appeal any ban by replying to the notice email. A different team member reviews every appeal.
• ▸No silent bans: We never disable an account without telling you why. If you can't find the notice, check your spam folder or contact support@burnerboxx.com.
• ▸Proportionate response: First minor violations result in a warning, not an immediate ban. Only repeated or severe violations lead to termination.

All purchases, subscriptions, gifts, creator support payments, add-ons, vouchers, and other transactions are final and non-refundable. Customers must actively acknowledge this final-sale policy before checkout can begin.

Gifts and creator-support payments are voluntary and unconditional unless Burner Boxx clearly identifies a separate paid product or benefit at checkout.

Subscriptions may still be cancelled to stop future renewal; cancellation does not refund amounts already paid. Nothing in this policy limits remedies that cannot legally be waived, or reversals, disputes, or refunds required by applicable law or a payment network.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Burner Boxx complies with the Terms of Service of any external websites or platforms you interact with. Burner Boxx is not affiliated with or endorsed by any external service. Misuse of temporary addresses to violate third-party terms is a violation of this agreement.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By affirmatively continuing through checkout, you authorize Burner Boxx and its payment processor to charge the payment method you select for the amount and product shown at checkout. For recurring subscriptions, you also authorize recurring charges at the disclosed billing interval until you cancel future renewals.

A redirect, button press, or completed checkout screen alone is not Burner Boxx's final record of payment. Access, creator earnings, gifts, and paid entitlements are fulfilled only after server-side payment confirmation from the payment processor.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the service following the posting of revised Terms means you accept the changes.

These Terms and any separate agreements we may have with you are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to any non-waivable rights or venue requirements, disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Arizona.

Users agree not to use temporary numbers for: (a) fraud or identity theft; (b) automated SMS spam; (c) harassment or stalking; (d) circumventing carrier fraud detection; (e) any activity prohibited under the TCPA or equivalent regulations. Violations result in immediate termination.

Cancel anytime via the Billing page or Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No early termination fees.

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Charges are intended to appear on your statement using the Burner Boxx billing descriptor, currently "BURNER BOXX" (or a processor/bank-truncated variation). If you don't recognize a charge, contact support@burnerboxx.com before disputing.

You must be at least 13 to create or use a Burner Boxx account. Users ages 13–17 use protected Teen accounts with additional privacy, messaging, LIVE, and monetization restrictions. Where parental or guardian consent is required by law or by a Burner Boxx feature, that consent must be validly provided before the feature is used.

You keep ownership of original content you create. Posting, uploading, storing, streaming, or sharing content on Burner Boxx does not transfer ownership of that content to Burner Boxx.

You grant Burner Boxx a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and technically modify your content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, deliver, improve, and support the features you choose to use. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backup, security, legal, accounting, or dispute-retention needs.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to upload or share content and that your content does not violate another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights.

Burner Boxx may provide tools such as timestamps, content hashes, version history, access logs, controlled sharing, watermarks, collaboration records, and "Built in the Boxx" proof records. These tools can help document when work existed and how it developed.

Burner Boxx does not guarantee that an idea cannot be copied or independently developed. Copyright generally protects original expression, not an idea by itself. Proof tools are evidence and workflow tools; they are not a substitute for copyright registration, patent protection, trademark registration, a signed NDA, or legal advice.

Where Burner Boxx offers a confidential or restricted project room, participants must comply with the room's stated access and confidentiality rules. A platform confidentiality setting does not automatically create every legal protection that a negotiated NDA may provide.

Do not upload or distribute content you do not have the right to use. Burner Boxx may remove or restrict material when we receive a valid copyright complaint, court order, or other legally sufficient notice.

Copyright complaints may be sent to dmca@burnerboxx.com. Notices should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material and location, the reporting party's contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement, and a physical or electronic signature as required by applicable law.

Users whose content is removed may be offered a counter-notice process when applicable. Burner Boxx may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Community Standards and Safety Rules are incorporated into these Terms. They apply to public and private user-generated spaces, including LIVE, LINKUP, Squads, messages, creator spaces, and collaborative rooms.

• ▸No credible threats, targeted harassment, stalking, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or unlawful abuse.
• ▸No fraud, impersonation intended to deceive, phishing, malicious links, credential theft, or scams.
• ▸No unlawful sale, solicitation, or facilitation of prohibited goods or services.
• ▸No attempts to bypass age-safety, moderation, security, payment, or privacy controls.
• ▸No coordinated manipulation, spam, artificial engagement, or platform abuse that degrades service for others.

More specific rules may apply to Teen accounts, LIVE camera access, creator monetization, gifts, and private collaboration spaces.

Creators using monetization features agree to provide accurate payout information, follow applicable tax and payment rules, avoid self-dealing or payment manipulation, and comply with creator-specific eligibility and safety requirements.

Unless a feature expressly states otherwise, Burner Boxx's standard creator-support split is 60% to the eligible creator and 40% to Burner Boxx, calculated from the platform-defined amount before adjustments required for refunds, disputes, processor reversals, taxes, fraud losses, or legally required corrections.

Burner Boxx may delay or withhold payout amounts reasonably connected to suspected fraud, chargebacks, sanctions screening, identity/payout verification, legal process, or unresolved ownership disputes.

When you start or join LIVE or LINKUP with camera or microphone, you understand that other participants or viewers may receive your audio, video, display name, reactions, or other information you choose to make available.

You may not secretly use Burner Boxx to record or distribute another person's private communications where doing so is unlawful. Burner Boxx may provide recording or clipping tools only where the feature is visibly disclosed or otherwise configured for permitted use.

Teen accounts are subject to stricter LIVE visibility, gifting, direct-support, and adult-contact rules. Burner Boxx may disable LIVE access when age, safety, technical, or legal conditions are not met.

Where Burner Boxx provides controls for AI-training permission, public indexing, downloads, scraping, or reuse, we will use those preferences to govern Burner Boxx-controlled processing and product behavior. These settings cannot guarantee that an unrelated third party will never copy or misuse publicly accessible material.

Burner Boxx does not claim ownership of your original content merely because automated tools process it to provide a feature you requested.

When Burner Boxx presents an unchecked agreement box, confirmation screen, creator activation, LIVE activation, protected-room agreement, or transaction confirmation and you affirmatively accept it, you agree that your electronic action may be used as evidence of your acceptance.

Burner Boxx may record the applicable policy version, acceptance timestamp, account identifier, consent method, and source so we can determine which terms applied when you agreed. Material changes may require you to affirmatively accept a new version before continuing to use affected account-based features.

Some features may present additional terms at the point of use, including creator monetization, LIVE, purchases, confidential collaboration, business/API access, or regulated third-party services. If feature-specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms control for that feature to the extent of the conflict.

Before checkout begins, Burner Boxx requires affirmative transaction authorization and presentation of applicable final-sale and recurring-billing terms. Burner Boxx does not intentionally grant paid access from a client-side redirect alone.

If a payment is pending, declined, duplicated, incorrectly priced, or otherwise appears wrong, contact support@burnerboxx.com. We may request transaction identifiers reasonably necessary to investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits payment-network rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Burner Boxx software, source code, interface designs, original graphics, logos, wordmarks, feature names, documentation, and other company-created brand assets are owned by Burner Boxx Corp or used under license. These rights are separate from the ownership users retain in their own original content.

You may not falsely imply affiliation or endorsement, copy Burner Boxx branding in a confusing manner, remove proprietary notices, or reproduce substantial protected portions of the service except as permitted by law or with written authorization.
